Our trained technicians perform a comprehensive evaluation of your home looking for air infiltration and heat loss, duct leakage, insulation levels and performance, moisture issues, and a host of other items. The findings from this evaluation are presented in a detailed report which includes a proposed scope of work to perform the corrective measures along with information about rebate and financing options. The report is yours to keep regardless of whether you proceed with the recommended improvements right away, and can be used to guide future renovations.
After meeting with you to determine your specific goals and the return on investment you are looking for, our crews will set to work performing the renovation guided by the information in your home report. Once the renovation is complete our technicians will return and retest the home to make sure our work produced the desired results and your home is performing as it should.
